In 1977, Boston Children's Hospital School of Nursing elected to phase out their diploma school and merge their resources with Curry College. As the first nursing program in the State of Massachusetts to be accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, we pride ourselves on delivering a rigorous, world- class, educational experience that prepares graduates to provide the highest quality of nursing care.

The Path to Your Dream Career:

Bachelor of Science, Nursing Major

Through specialized courses, clinical placements, supportive faculty, and state of the art technology, students in the traditional undergraduate nursing program receive a hands-on education to help them excel as an RN at top medical facilities.

Exercise Science Major

Students pursuing a degree in Exercise Science will be well-prepared for entry-level careers in fitness, wellness, sports performance, medical fields and/or entrance into graduate-level programs like Nursing, Athletic and Exercise Training, Exercise Physiology, and Physical Therapy.

Public Health and Wellness

The Public Health and Wellness major and minor prepare you to excel in your chosen public health and/or health-related career. Gain the knowledge and skills necessary for you to thrive in Public Health, Health Education, Promotion, Community Health Education, Substance/Alcohol Abuse, Nursing, and Medicine.

RN-BS Degree

RN to Baccalaureate (BSN, BS or Bachelor of Science in Nursing) programs provide an efficient bridge for diploma and ADN-prepared nurses who wish to develop stronger clinical reasoning and analytical skills to advance their careers.

Accelerated Second Degree in Nursing (ACCEL)

Curry College offers the Accelerated Nursing Program (ACCEL) to provide a route for students who want to make a career change into nursing by earning a second bachelor's degree.

Master of Science in Nursing

Curry College's MSN program prepares RNs for careers as nurse educators and nurse administrators. Pursuing an MSN takes dedication, but it can have a huge impact on your nursing success in the form of new opportunities, from higher pay to greater responsibilities.

MSN - Accelerated Entry

Are you ready to make a difference? Designed for graduates who hold a non-nursing degree, Curry’s Accelerated Entry Master of Science in Nursing will prepare you to enter the nursing profession with a master’s degree, opening exciting career opportunities. Benefit from a curriculum built around real-world, hands-on experiences, and learn with a cohort of your peers in a hybrid model.

Perioperative 101 Certificate

Perioperative 101 is a non-credit six-month certificate preparation program that prepares RNs to sit for certification through Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
