When composing an email, you can access the attachment icon at the top right .
On your iPhone, tap the All button next to photos and select the photo you want to attach. Repeat the process until you have attached all the images in the email.
On your Android device, tap on the Attach file option > select Gallery > select all the photos you want to add to the email.
Here’s how to attach a document in an email on the Gmail app on your iPhone and Android devices.
Step 1: Tap on the attachment icon at the top right composing a mail.
Step 2: On your iPhone, tap on the files icon in the Attachments option. Browse the Files app and select all the documents you want to attach.
On your Android device, tap on Attach file > Documents > select all the files to send on Gmail.
Additionally, you can tap on the hamburger menu icon at the top left and select your device. This will open the file manager , where you can select all the files you want to send via Gmail.
Here’s how to attach files from Google Drive to an email using the Gmail app on your iPhone and Android devices.
Tap on the attachment icon at the top right when composing a mail.
On your iPhone, tap on the All button in the Drive option. Open and browse the folder, and individually select the Google Drive file you want to attach. Repeat the process until you attach all the files from Google Drive to your email.
On your Android device, tap on the Insert from Drive option. Now, select My Drive > browse your Google Drive folders > select all the files you want to send across via Gmail.
Note: When you hit the send button, you will see a pop-up informing you that access will be provided to the recipient for the attached Google Drive documents.
If you want to quickly share a photo, link, document, or any file that you are currently viewing, you can easily send it across via Gmail.
Use the share button within the app and select the Gmail application.
On your iPhone, you will find the Gmail app icon in the share menu. If not, scroll left and select More. You will now find Gmail in the list of apps.
On your Android device, hit the share button > select Gmail.
